Our training courses are created to assist early childhood professionals with meeting annual training requirements, obtaining pre-service credentials, acquiring required training hours for earning a Child Development Associate (CDA)/renewal, or ongoing continuing education training.

In-person (On Site) Training
Need training for a large group? Have us come to your center. Approved by Maryland State Department of Education - Office of Child Care, we are able to tailor training content to the specific staff training needs/interests of your organization.
Online Continuing Education Training(Courses, Training & Webinars)
Earn annual training hours from the comfort of your home. Our online courses are both convenient, self-paced, and user friendly. Certificates can be printed online at the end of each course.
Pre-Service Training(Infant/Toddler & Preschool Certification)
Looking to earn your 99 hour training certification? Courses are offered either in person or online. Contact us for more details. Coming in late 2021!
Child Development Associate (CDA) Preparation
Earn the 120 training hours necessary for earning your CDA. Courses are offered both online and in-person. Participants will also create their professional portfolio as they complete each training session.Coming in late 2021!
Playground Inspection - Birth to 5 years
Have us inspect your outdoor play environment. National Program for Playground Safety (NPPS) certified outdoor inspector. Detailed written report provided with a priority list for playground enhancements. Contact us for more information!
Challenging Behavior Consulting
